Where We Ship We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, across Europe, and internationally to selected countries across North America, Oceania, and beyond.

UK Shipping — Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: £5.99 — Approximately 5 working days
  • Express Shipping: £6.99 — 1–2 working days
  • Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £100

International Shipping — Methods & Costs All international orders are shipped at a flat rate of £18.99. Free shipping is not available on international orders.

  • Europe (EU): £15.99 — 5–14 working days
  • Zone 1 (USA & Canada): £23.99 — 12–15 working days
  • Zone 2 (Australia & New Zealand): £18.99 — 10–15 working days
  • Zone 3 (Rest of World): £18.99 — 10–15 working days

Handling Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the shipping method selected.

Delivery Estimates Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail delays, adverse weather, customs processing).

International Orders — Duties & Import Taxes Ettovi Candle Company now collects duties and import taxes at checkout for international orders. The applicable amount will be displayed as a separate line item before you complete your purchase; there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Duties and import taxes are calculated based on your country's customs regulations, the contents, and value of your order. These charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, we are unable to issue a refund for the original order.

European Union: As a UK-based business, we ship to the EU as an export. Import VAT and customs duties are collected at checkout where applicable.
